E2PM offers a wide variety of engineering services for private owners, contractors and architects. Our lead engineers are licensed professionals with a depth of experience encompassing all aspects of design. We have supported building and facility renovations, additions and new construction with a variety of the following services: Landuse and Planning; Zoning Applications; Civil/Site and Infrastructure Engineering; Structural Engineering; Telecommunications Services; and Environmental compliance.

Our recent relevant experience includes stream bank stabilization design, civil/site plan design and zoning application for a new Jewish Learning Center in West Windsor, civil/site design and zoning application for the new “Barnegat Fishery and Tackle Shop”, civil/site design of the “Pirates Point Marina” reconstruction including Tidelands Permit and Terrapin Habitat restoration. We have prepared numerous site plans and zoning applications for wireless telecommunication famalies.

We are the structural engineers for the expansion of Town Hall for the Borough of Lebanon, NJ. We have provided design solutions for numerous equipment supports, retaining walls, lift stations, and de-watering applications. We have performed many structural evaluations of existing vintage buildings. We provide hands on engineering services coupled with close client coordination and construction support. Our staff of licensed professionals is experienced with a variety of facility design projects including military, industrial, educational, municipal, infrastructure, and airport facilities.
