E2PM is an experienced engineering and environmental consulting firm in the New York/New Jersey Metropolitan Area, in performing investigations, designing, and implementing cleanup for the redevelopment of former industrial sites known as “brownfield sites”. E2PM is involved in all aspects for the clean-up of sites contaminated with high levels of hazardous and toxic chemicals, and petroleum products. E2PM highly trained staff of engineers, scientists, ecologists, and planners average over 15 years in successfully closing brownfield sites. E2PM professional staff is involved in all phases of brownfield redevelopment, from the initial due diligence Phase I Environmental site assessments through final closure and “no further action” status. E2PM parallel capabilities in land-use permitting, land development, and zoning expertise brings the added value required for successfully redeveloping sites.

Supporting the environmental aspects of each brownfield project, E2PM staff also prepares the following services that will often be required in implementing redevelopment projects: environmental impact assessments; wetlands delineations; coastal (CAFRA) permits, waterfront redevelopment permits; soil erosion and sediment control plans; threatened and endangered species studies; pinelands and highlands permits; stream encroachment permits; Corps of Engineers permits; tide influence studies; and stormwater management.
