The History Team, E2PM’s cultural resource management division, provides complete capabilities within the disciplines of archaeology, architectural history and historic preservation. The division provides regulatory compliance services for Federal, State and municipal permitting. These services include all phases of archaeological survey, Section 106, Executive Order 215, the New Jersey Register of Historic Places Act and municipal historic preservation ordinance requirements. Other skills include the full spectrum of FCC regulations, including Forms 620 and 621 as well as compliance with the Nationwide Programmatic Agreements (NPA). Among the other services provided are completion of National Register nominations, HABS/HAER documentation, Memorandum of Agreement coordination, historic research, consulting party and Native American interaction, site acquisition consultation, view shed analysis, ADA compliance and historic construction monitoring. Members of the History Team possess extensive knowledge of transportation and railroad history, and can provide services such as design review, Section 106, New Jersey Register compliance and construction monitoring for historic transportation projects. The History Team is comprised of a group of archaeologists and architectural historians with more than 50 years of combined experience in the regulatory field.
