E2PM is experienced in conducting Phase I and Phase II due diligence audits and environmental site assessments for properties ranging from small gas stations with one underground storage tank to some of the largest Brownfield sites in the NY/NJ Metropolitan area. Our clients include lending institutions, law firms, insurance companies, real estate developers and private industries. Depending on our client’s needs and priorities, we can provide prompt due diligence response and can implement and oversee site investigations and cost effective remedial actions.

E2PM has expertise in multi media regulatory compliance encompassing permitting, inspections, and reporting at the local, state and federal levels. Typical projects include preparing Title V air emission inventories and dispersion modeling reports; conducting safety and health audits; developing risk management plans; preparing Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) and Discharge Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (DPCC) Plans; developing pollution prevention and risk management plans; and design engineering for wastewater and air pollution control facilities. Recent projects include submitting a Class D Recycling Center permit, a Water Allocation Renewal Permit including a major permit modification, and a Coastal Area Facility Review Act (CAFRA) for a New Jersey shore marina facility designed by the E2PM engineering sector.

E2PM engineers and scientists have extensive experience in preparing Preliminary Assessments, conducting Site Investigations, and developing Remedial Action Work Plans and Remedial Action Reports which address our client’s schedule and regulatory agency requirements. Recent projects include preparation of Soil Vapor Intrusion Studies including soil vapor sampling and analysis; air sampling, and modeling; development of deed notice documents and evaluation of alternative groundwater and soil treatment systems.
