E2PM has vast experience in pre-demolition surveys and implementing site conditions into bid specification for competitive bidding. Surveys may involve asbestos, lead, and mold assessments, stored hazardous materials inventory, in-situ pre-demolition sampling of concrete, and waste characterization sampling. E2PM has provided these services for developers on small and large industrial demolitions, along with large Brownfield redevelopment projects.

E2PM OSHA experts provide OSHA safety audits, tool-box meetings, fall protection training, and exposure assessments primarily for demolition contractors and facility owners.

E2PM conducts Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) assessments for various clients both under a proactive measures and sick building concerns. E2PM has experienced personnel to address concerns related to mold, airborne particulate, drinking water, and other building hazards that may result in occupant exposure. E2PM has developed and implemented strategic remedial measures to correct IAQ concerns.
