E2PM LLC offers a full range of ecological and natural resource management consulting services to our clients.

The natural resources staff at E2PM has years of experience evaluating threatened and endangered (T&E) species, their habitats and other environmental amenities. E2PM has prepared hundreds of Phase One assessments, T&E species surveys, ecological evaluations, environmental impact assessment reports, and state and local permits in preparation for installation of telecommunications compounds throughout the tri-state area.

E2PM’s staff has been responsible for managing the preparation of a mollusk and crayfish survey for the primary watershed of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, NY. E2PM has also overseen and completed an Indiana Bat survey for Picatinny Arsenal in Rockaway, NJ that included background research into nesting habitats and field captures of local bats to determine if Indiana bats inhabited the area. For a rehabilitation project of the Newark Bay Bridge, the E2PM staff performed an endangered species investigation for nesting Peregrine Falcons and completed all necessary permitting requirements that included: U.S. Coast Guard, wetlands, waterfront development, and air permits.

E2PM regularly performs environmental assessment reports for Federal and State agencies. For the NJ Turnpike Grand Street Ramp Widening Project and the Garden State Parkway Interchange 123 Improvement Project, E2PM’s staff submitted a Sampling and Analysis Plan, EO 215 Report, Hazardous Waste Screening Report, and a Wetlands Delineation. E2PM has prepared environmental assessment reports for the NJ Highway Authority to repaint bridges throughout the state and submitted wetland delineations and wetlands applications to the NJDEP for sound barriers along the NJ Turnpike. E2PM also has experience working with the Army Corps of Engineers on a number of natural resource management projects and has been responsible for prepared natural resource documents and studies for the Passaic Flood Control Feasibility Study project for the New York District.
