Construction Engineer/Project Manager

Mr. Ferrante has over 8 years of experience providing Resident Engineering and Field Engineering services, for a variety of infrastructure, commercial, and higher education projects throughout the NY/NJ Metropolitan Area.  Mr. Ferrante has prepared numerous designs and specifications for various NY City/NJ Agencies such as: NYC Department of Design (DDC), NYC/NJ Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), NYC Department of Transportation, and the Port Authority of NY and NJ.  Mr. Ferrante experience has centered around project management, construction management, proposal development, marketing, project scheduling, cost estimating/analysis, inspection reporting, asbestos building inspections, historic building monitoring, pre & post construction survey, air quality monitoring and vibration monitoring.  Mr. Ferrante also supports E2PM’s Environmental Division, with primary responsibilities that include project management of Preliminary Assessment, Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, Site Investigation, Remedial Investigation and Remedial Action projects.(gianmarco.ferrante@e2pm.com)
