E2PM has the resources to provide the expertise and manpower to support utility companies with their power and gas projects. E2PM can be instrumental during the planning phase as well as the information and data gathering and mapping phases for all power and gas utilities work. E2PM’s staff includes GIS specialist, planners, engineers and ecologists to prepare and evaluate the environmental and zoning constraints for any proposed utility routes. E2PM can prepare environmental and land use permits for construction and assistance in environmental and land use planning. These services can be used as a planning tool to assist power or gas utility companies during property acquisitions and the engineering design team in finalizing overhead and underground transmission routes. Also, E2PM can be instrumental in assessing properties for suitability for substation placement and will be available later on to support the alternatives analysis
