Mr. Smolinski’s experience is comprised of over 18 years of hands on management and executions of hundreds of projects for large corporate clients. Mr. Smolinski is the Program Manager for the wireless infrastructure division and his responsibilities include client development, staff and resource management and client interface with local and state agencies. He routinely designs infrastructure improvement projects and reviews local and state land use laws and codes. He has also managed, developed and constructed telecommunications facilities for telecommunications clients using a fast track methodology to satisfy client’s timeline and provide the necessary construction and permit documents. He is responsible for the development of Environmental Impact Statements, Phase I and Phase II Reports, National Environmental Policy reporting to the FCC and Memorandum of Agreements between the State Historic Preservation Office and wireless carriers and the FCC.
