Having managed and executed a wide range of projects for a large number of commercial and industrial clients, Mr. Ferrante has over 38 years in the industry. Mr. Ferrante is considered an expert in civil/structural engineering, site development, zoning, land-use, A/E services, marine, infrastructure and environmental projects. Mr. Ferrante as a NJ LSRP has gained over 20 years of experience in the remediation of brownfield properties throughout New Jersey. Mr. Ferrante has been recognized as an expert witness in over 75 municipal planning boards and board of adjustments across the state of New Jersey. Mr. Ferrante has also been recognized as an expert witness in Pennsylvania, New York and Delaware. Mr. Ferrante is a board member of the NJ Corporation of Advanced Technologies (NJCAT) and an advisory board member of the NJ Institute of Technology (NJIT) Civil Engineering department.
