Joseph Schuchman

Architectural Historian

Over the course of a 32 year career, Mr. Schuchman has initiated and managed cultural resource compliance documentation for a wide variety of projects including: cellular communications, electric, petroleum and natural gas transmission, highway and rail transportation, higher education, and military facilities throughout the northeastern and southeastern United States. His professional background includes extensive experience coordinating with State Historic Preservation Offices in preparing Determination of Eligibility, Determination of Effect Reports, Historic American Buildings Survey (HABS) and Historic American Engineering Record (HAER) mitigation documentation in compliance with Section 106 of the NHPA as well as Section 4(f) Reports compliant with Federal Highway Administration regulations.
