Kristin Tallamy

Environmental Scientist

With over 14 years’ experience, Ms. Tallamy’s current position as an Environmental Scientist has allowed her to become advanced in numerous Federal, State and Local environmental, natural resource and ecological, remedial, hazardous material management, hazard mitigation and telecommunications projects.  She has provided an array of environmental consulting services to a wide variety of Federal, State and private clients.    Ms. Tallamy has been responsible for the preparation and completion of numerous Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA), Preliminary Assessments (PAs), Environmental Impact Statements (EIS), Receptor Evaluations (RE), Baseline Ecological Evaluations (BEE), County and Local Hazard Mitigation Plans (HMPs), permit applications, invasive species surveys, NEPA Screenings and Environmental Assessment (EA) reports for Federal, State, and Local agencies and private companies.  She is also experienced with Site Investigation, hazard assessments for soil and groundwater and the preparation and finalization of multiple reports from Draft to Final phases.  She has worked directly with several Federal and State agencies including but not limited to the U.S. Department of the Army, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), National Park Service (NPS), New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP), New Jersey Department of Military and Veteran Affairs (NJDMAVA), New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC), New York City Department of Environmental Protection, New York and New Jersey State Historic Preservation Departments, New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT), Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), and the New York State Bridge Authority.   Ms. Tallamy’s overall experience to date has allowed her to develop excellent project organizational skills including reporting, communication with regulatory agencies, file reviews, historic research, field work, marketing, QA/QC skills etc. (kristin.tallamy@e2pm.com)
