Professional Land Surveyor

Mr. Hudson has over 36 years of experience in managing all land surveying activities and staffing, being responsible for ensuring that best practices are followed and quality assurance goals are obtained. He has participated in development of best practices as related to land surveying.  Responsible for all phases of Boundary (title) surveys. Wrote legal descriptions and prepared plats in connection with land surveys.  Performed and supervised various surveying functions including topography surveys, construction surveys, etc.  Prepared Minor and Major Subdivision Plats and associated legal descriptions. Monitored and pro-actively identified and corrected technical, schedule and financial issues through effective communication with the owner and other management staff.  Participated in the preparation of engineering services proposals, including the calculation/estimation of time schedules and costs of the proposed work. Independently communicated on technical matters to the client. He participated in many New Jersey school projects as boundary,  topographic and utility surveyor, such as Franklin Borough Washington Street School,  Sussex County; Glen Ridge Middle School; and four schools in South Orange/Maplewood School District.
