Certified Floodplain Manager/ Surveying Technician

Mr. Hrytsay graduated from Ukraine State University “Lvivska Politekhnika” in 2000 and received the United States equivalent of a Bachelors and a Masters Degree in Land Surveying and Cadastre. Svyat practiced in the Ukraine gaining experience in varied aspects of land surveying and property valuation. In 2004, he became Deputy Head of the Mykolayiv District Center of State Land Cadastre and served as a leading specialist in the Industrial Department. He is fluent in English, Ukrainian, Russian and Polish. Svyatoslav immigrated to the United States with his family in 2007 and has been working in the surveying profession since his arrival. Mr. Hrytsay is a member of the New Jersey Society of Professional Land Surveyors, the National Society of Professional Surveyors, and the American Congress of Surveying and Mapping. He is a licensed professional surveyor.
