This project is representative of a new rooftop platform mounted wireless telecommunication facility incorporating outdoor wireless equipment cabinets under a protective canopy along with an emergency generator. E2PM performed an initial site visits, prepared the lease exhibits, developed the structural concepts including antenna mounting supports, and developed the full set of construction documents incorporating civil/structural, mechanical and electrical engineering disciplines. All documents were prepared in accordance with NYC construction permit procedures. In addition, E2PM prepared a Phase 1 ESA report in accordance with ASTM E 1527-05 standards as well as asbestos and lead paint sampling and analysis, and a full NEPA compliance report.
