E2 Project Management LLC is pleased to announce our newest service offerings in the fields of Historic Preservation and Cultural Resources Management. In addition to the top-notch historic architectural and archaeological services we already provide, we now add the services of historic architect, preservation planner, and maritime and submerged resources archaeology. Barton Ross & Partners, LLC Architects (BRPA) is a full-service, award-winning architecture, planning and historic resources consulting firm founded in 2011 which has served as planning, preservation, and construction consultant to numerous nonprofits, companies and municipalities in the Mid-Atlantic region. Barton Ross is a licensed historic architect per the Secretary of the Interior’s Code of Federal Regulations, 36 CFR Part 61, and has consulted on planning and historic preservation matters with numerous New Jersey municipalities including Cape May, Ocean City, Montclair, Millburn, Verona, Lower Township, Mountain Lakes, Scotch Plains, North Plainfield and Plainfield.

BRPA provides professional services, including educational value and consultation resources such as developing historic architectural design guidelines, historic structure reports, and preservation plans, consulting with historic architectural review boards, and providing historic architectural design services for a wide range of clients including residential property owners, public agencies, private corporations, municipal governments, nonprofits, construction companies, and other design firms. RECON Offshore (RECON) is a Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) specializing in all aspects of Submerged Cultural Resources Management (SCRM) and Maritime Archaeology. RECON’s mission is to provide clients with the most reliable and accurate results through use of cutting-edge technologies including magnetometers/gradiometers, side-scan sonar, sub-bottom profilers, differential Global Positioning Systems, and navigation programs. From Pensacola, Florida to the southern tip of South America, to the Indian Ocean, and the South Pacific, RECON has worked in some of the most challenging work environments providing their clients with Section 106 compliance, remote sensing surveys, data analysis, and diver investigations.
