Mr. Muller has over 26 years experience and provides support to Environmental Services, primarily the Natural Resources, Construction Monitoring, Telecommunications Divisions. His responsibilities include project management of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, that included, as part of the scope of services, governmental file reviews at the municipal, County, and State levels; NEPA Environmental Assessments; Freshwater Wetlands Letters of Interpretation, General and Individual Permitting and Transition Area Waivers; FHA (Stream encroachment) permits; and Environmental Impact Statements. Construction Monitoring responsibilities include removing wildlife, including a number of threatened and endangered species, from the active work spaces associated with large utility infrastructure projects that include overhead electrical and gas pipeline rights-of-way and large wind farm projects. Also, Mr. Muller specializes in the removal and relocation of venomous snakes. (mike.muller@e2pm.com)
